CWPC holds regular practices at Cleveland State University and Hathaway Brown School. The club participates in weekend tournaments in the fall and spring.

Q:Who is eligible to play?
A: Our membership is made up of men and women ranging in age from 16 to 50+ who live in Northeast Ohio, including Greater Cleveland, Akron and Canton.
Q: I have never played water polo before. Can I learn?
A: CWPC members vary from beginners to players with many years of experience. Club members welcome new participants and work with players to teach them the skills, fundamentals and rules of the sport.
Q: I have played before, but I am no longer in good physical shape. Can I still play?
A: CWPC members vary in level of conditioning, but the nature of water polo is such that fitness is a benefit to players. We encourage prospective members to observe a practice session to gain a sense of their ability level.
Q: How much does it cost to join? What fees are involved?
A: CWPC assesses quarterly dues for membership and collects individual entry fees per tournament only for participants who choose to play. Payments can be made online at our Membership/Fees page.

A: CWPC is a growing club with members ranging in skill level from novice to former NCAA Division I water polo athletes. The main purpose of the club is to have fun, however the team strives to compete with master’s clubs nationally.
