This one gives a very nice breakdown of offensive sets using a chalkboard-like animation

Becareful about following those videos too closely, the 6-5 Defense wasn't really the way you would want to play it, but they give you a very basic idea of what to do. The videos with Wolf Wigo in them are alot better, that guy knows what he's talking about.
agreed, take these as basics, what is said in practice is most accurate.
