Tournaments Recap
* Timeliness of tournament notification and decision to attend. Board members to help speed up process.
* Kasi will send the generic LEC invite to all members so they can share with their contacts.
* Looking to expand reach with more local clubs for tournaments and scrimmages.
* LEC Recap: Majority liked the "roster by game," but wanting more notice from organizers. Also, more time to sign up for tournament as well as table workers.
Summer Practice Schedule
Board will work to with our pool contacts to find additional outdoor options. Potential to alter timing/days of our CSU practices. Motion to vote on preference of summer practice location. Board will give the team an update in the spring when we are able to speak with the respective potential pool directors.
Practice Recap
Continue to promote scrimmages on Tuesday and fundamentals on Thursdays. Team will continue efforts to help "coach" newer players and promote positivity during practices. Grant and Kasi doing a great job leading this thus far.
Financial Recap
Dues will be going up slightly to help cover additional costs of pool time. Per the usual, some money has been allocated to equipment for balls and practice caps. No major investments in 2019.
Community Outreach
CWPC has agreed to include "how to donate" to causes with links on our website as provided by Annie.
SWAG Committee
Need people to assist with this. Please reach out to board member to help.
