Thursday practices moving forward will be from 7pm - 9pm at CSU. Thank you for your patience as we finalized our schedule with CSU. Reminder Tuesday practices can be tough to find parking for. We encourage walking, biking, carpooling and parking on the side streets if you don't find a parking spot right away.

Today I trained Back which was a great session. Fine tuning food intake as I go now just to allow a little variety so I'll try and post a little more, there won't be great changes to start with, I'll be keeping supplements similar also.
