Reminder - No Practice This Sunday

As a reminder, we will not be practicing this sunday due toscheduled maintenance on the pool at HB. We will however resume our regular practice schedule next Sunday.

Practice Canceled Sunday December 19

December 15, 2009 Dear Cleveland Water Polo Members, I wanted to let you know that the Butler Aquatic Center will be out of commission beginning on Thursday and ending on Sunday due to planned maintenance. Because of their meet at Cuyahoga Heights, the Middle School team will not be affected. The varsity swimming and diving team’s Thursday afternoon practice has been rescheduled for Thursday morning 5:45-7:30. Classes scheduled for the pool on Thursday will meet in the gym. During the maintenance this week, we will drain half the water and regulate the chlorine and calcium levels. This work is part of our commitment to maintaining the pool. We test it daily and have partnered with Hastings Water Works to ensure that that the water quality is always safe. We appreciate your flexibility over the next days and look forward to a fantastic swimming and diving season. Sincerely, Amanda Brown

Notre Dame College to launch water polo program

Please join CWPC in congratulating Brad Silver on his new position and opportunity to grow water polo in Northeast Ohio.

"... I am now the head coach for men's and women's water polo at notre dame college...I must recruit 12-15 boys and 12-15 girls for 2010/2011 season...if you know any water polo coaches in your area please give me their names, email addresses and phone numbers..."

Practice Wedensday and Sunday

For those interested, a group will be headed down to Akron this Wedensday for practice at 8:00pm. If you are interested please let me know asap. Matt@ClevelandWaterPolo.com FYI this is the last Akron practice until after the New Year.
