For those joining us for the first time, please note we typically host practice 3 days a week and split our time with Lakewood High School (LHS) and Cleveland State University (CSU). Be sure to sign up for our weekly emails (right panel of our homepage) for the most up to date information on practices. Also, don't forget to sign our electronic online waiver prior to hitting the water with us.
