August Practice Update

August Schedule

Beginning Sunday, 8/2 - Sunday, 8/30

• Tuesday's @ Lakewood Park (Foster Pool) from 8:00pm - 10:00pm
• Sunday's @ Lakewood High School from 9:30am - 11:30am 

Practice will continue without scrimmage throughout the month of August. Please see our previous emails with the complete list of practice guidelines and pool rules.
